Meet Dr. Gruendeman-Gordon

Highly educated, Dr. Gina Dee Gruendeman-Gordon attended Loyola University School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1987. After graduating, she then attended the University of Southern California School of Dentistry where she completed her advanced specialty periodontal and implant training.   Dr Gordon was attracted to USC School of Dentistry because it was at the forefront of embracing new technologies including dental implants and esthetic procedures.

After receiving her periodontal certification in 1989, Dr. Gordon was invited to become a full-time Professor at the USC School of Dentistry in the Department of Periodontology.  In addition to teaching, she practiced in the Los Angeles area before establishing her practice in Oak Brook, Illinois in 1993.

In order to provide the best care to her patients, Dr. Gordon is committed to staying current with the latest advances in her field by attending continuing education courses across the United States and internationally.  In addition, she continues to lecture to other dentists on periodontal and  implant procedures.

Dr. Gordon maintains active memberships in various, prestigious, professional organizations, such as the American Academy of Periodontology, Illinois Society of Periodontists, Midwest Society of Periodontology, California Society of Periodontists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society and the Northern Illinois Dental Specialists Study Club.

In her personal life, Dr. Gordon is married with two children. When she is not working, she enjoys playing tennis and cycling.
